2024-2025 School Year Important Info/Deadlines for Pennslyvania Homeschoolers:
2024-2025 School Year Important Info/Deadlines for Pennslyvania Homeschoolers:
- Affidavits opting for Homeschool for the 2024-2025 school year should be submitted after July 1, 2024 (if you submit your affidavit AFTER the start of the school year and do not attend school prior to the start date truancy laws may be applicable)
- Evaluations MUST be submitted to student's school by JUNE 30, 2025
- 180 days of recorded education must be completed on or before the date of the evaluation
- Dept of Ed and PDE do NOT permit opt-outs for mandated state testing in grades 3, 5 and 8. (this includes religious objections)
